Construction viscosity: 13-15 seconds/25 ℃ coating -4 cups
Usable time after adding curing agent:>10 hours/25 ℃
Spraying air pressure and tools: 3-5BAR, gravity spray gun with 1.2-1.5mm nozzle, suction spray gun with 1.4-1.7mm nozzle
Spraying times: 2 layers of single wet spraying
Flash drying time: 5 minutes/25 ℃
Drying time: Self drying (25 ℃) Drying (60 ℃)
1. Non stick dust: 10 minutes and 5 minutes
2. Finger pressure without marks for 2 hours and 30 minutes
Hardness (pencil): ＞ F 30 minutes/60 ℃ 24 hours/25 ℃ (depending on temperature and paint film thickness)
Gloss (60 ° glossmeter): ＞ 80 °
